Different type of material can be handled such as minerals, refractories, dyes, chemicals, intermediates, food products etc. We have specially designed a vibratory motor for cement blocks and cast cement components.

The vibratory motor is available in 3000, 1440, 980 & 750 RPM and from 1HP to 5HP.

Operating Principle:

Unbalance motors are asynchronous AC Motors with pairs of centrifugal weights fitted to the ends of the motor shafts. The size of the unbalance and with it the amplitude of the oscillation by the working unit can be adjusted by shifting the centrifugal weights when the motor is at a standstill.
